QPAC
has a six-member
Executive Board, elected annually in May. The
E-Board is comprised of parent/guardian members of QPAC, and fulfills
the duties set forth in the QPAC
Bylaws.

is in need of a committed and enthusiastic individual to serve as
Secretary! The QPAC Secretary is responsible for recording meeting
Minutes and attendance, and maintaining QPAC's membership list and
correspondence. Contact Jill Gichuhi, QPAC President, if interested.

QPAC has two representatives and one alternate representative,
appointed by the Executive Board, serving on the Quincy Citywide Parents' Council.

The Citywide Parents' Council
meets monthly throughout the school year. Meetings are held at 7 pm in the Teacher's Lounge at Broad Meadows Middle
