QPAC Executive Board
  
QPAC has a six-member Executive Board, elected annually in May. The E-Board is comprised of parent/guardian members of QPAC, and fulfills the duties set forth in the QPAC Bylaws and Operational Guidelines.

Citywide Parent Council
 
QPAC has two representatives and one alternate representative, appointed by the Executive Board, serving on the Quincy Public Schools' Citywide Parent Council.

The Citywide Parent Council meets monthly throughout the school year. Meetings are held from 7 pm to 9 pm, in the Teacher's Lounge at Broad Meadows Middle School, and are open to the public. Meeting Dates for the 2009-2010 school year are:
