Transportation Issues (2/27/08)
Hello QPAC families,

In an effort to be receiving the most accurate information as possible regarding any transportation issues/concerns families may have, I am requesting that when you log a concern with the QPS transportation office, you also send an email to me at qpacsped@comcast.net. Please remember that if you do have an issue with your students transportation, it is VERY important to contact the QPS transportation office at 617-984-8964.

Sending me an email with the vendor name (QPS, VHS RAZZ), nature of the concern and verifying that QPS has been made aware of your concern would be very helpful in QPAC addressing any ongoing issues that may be occurring. In addition, sharing any follow up or resolve to your concern with QPAC would also be helpful. Please be aware, sharing any of the above requested information is not mandatory, only helpful, and should be done on a voluntary basis only.

Lastly, it has been suggested to me that services provided to Quincy students from VHS transportation have greatly improved since the beginning of this school year (September, 2007) compared to previous years. I would be interested in hearing your thoughts on this suggestion. Please feel free to send an email to qpacsped@comcast.net to share your agreement/disagreement to this suggestion.

Thank you,  Andrea White
Chairperson, QPAC Transportation Sub-Committee
